After two days of hour long calls with representatives and checking the airline site directly, airline tickets were cheaper than third party. THe staff only pretend to be nice until they trap you with your money. I’ve lost the airline credits max they have failed to reschedule my flight. That being said, generally They’re scammers and will stop at nothing to frustrate you.
