The military wants its drones to work together and is working to create an automated network of unmanned aerial systems that can accomplish complex tasks with the help of artificial intelligence. Researchers at the University of California Berkeley’s Hybrid Robotics Group have recently created a quadrupedal robot with a leash that could take on the role of a guide dog.
